The item list below are kept at the house for you to use however sometimes items get broken, taken or used up without us knowing. If there is something on this list and it is no longer there, we apologize!
*Please note, Our cleaning service provides only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, mini bottle dish washing detergent, mini packet of dishwasher powder, hotel sized soap for each bathroom, mini packet of laundry detergent and a couple garbage bags.

Utensils Spatula, serving spoons, pasta server, measuring cups, tongs, veg. peeler, whisk, pizza cutter, colander, cutting boards
Cookware Various size pots, frying pans, baking sheet & pans, casserole dishes.
Cleaning Products Misc
Wrap it Up Tin foil and plastic wrap will be provided for short vacation stays of 1 week only . However, if you are staying more than a few days and plan to be cooking a lot, you will need to purchase your own tin foil, plastic wrap, etc.
Tools Basic items such as screwdrivers, hammer, etc.
Sm. Appliances Drip coffeemaker with filters, Keurig (bring your own K-cups) , electric tea kettle, 4 slice toaster, blender, electric can opener. Coffee filters will be provided for short vacation stays, however, if you are staying more than 3 days or so, you may need to purchase additional.
Misc Scotch tape, pens, lighter, sm. sewing kit, glove pot holder & mitt, small packet dishwasher detergent & laundry detergent, cutting boards, plastic containers, kitchen trash bags, trash bags for each bathroom. (a couple extra kitchen trash bags will be in the cabinet under the sink)
Seasonings Salt, pepper, a few other seasonings & cooking spray will be provided for short vacation stays only. However, if you are staying more than a week to a month, you will need to purchase additional seasonings and cooking spray.
Paper Goods 1 roll of paper towels in kitchen & 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom provided. *Extras will need to be purchased.
Note The items that we generally provide (salt, pepper, tin foil, plastic wrap & coffee filters) may run out at times without us knowing. If they are missing, we are sorry. There is a Publix grocery & the Dollar General store down the street if these things are needed. We do try our best to monitor these items after each guest leaves.
Suggested additional items to purchase you may need depending on the length of your stay: More trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, *toilet paper, napkins or paper towels, tissues, sunscreen, bug spray, beach towels, your own facial or body soap, shampoo, conditioner, charging cords for your electronics, DVD's, etc.
